These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyMoonTale website and your purchase of personalized books and related products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MyMoonTale

Moxie Moon is a brand operated by:

Pärnu mnt 139c, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase and personalize a Moxie Moon product.

Our children's books are designed for children, but purchases and personalization must be completed by adults.

3. Personalized Products

Each MyMoonTale personalized book is created using information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • submitted information is accurate;
  • uploaded photographs are suitable for personalization;
  • you have permission to use the photograph;
  • you have authority to provide information relating to the child; and
  • any dedication or custom text does not violate another person's rights.

4. Preview and Approval

Where a personalized preview is available, you are responsible for reviewing the preview before approving the book for production.

Please carefully check:

  • spelling;
  • names;
  • appearance;
  • selected personalization;
  • dedication text; and
  • other customer-supplied information.

Once the book has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment cannot be verified;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • submitted content is unlawful or inappropriate;
  • required personalization information is incomplete;
  • technical errors make fulfillment impossible; or
  • a pricing or product-listing error has occurred.

If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the indicated currency.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where required, will be displayed during checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect an order already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error.

7. Intellectual Property

The Moxie Moon name, stories, illustrations, designs, logos, website content, book layouts, characters, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Moxie Moon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a personalized book gives you ownership of the physical copy you purchase. It does not transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying story, illustrations, design, brand, or technology.

8. Customer-Submitted Content

You retain any rights you have in photographs and other materials you submit.

You grant Moxie Moon a limited permission to process, reproduce, modify, and transmit those materials only as reasonably necessary to create, preview, manufacture, deliver, support, and administer your personalized product.

9. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • infringes intellectual property rights;
  • violates privacy or publicity rights;
  • is unlawful;
  • is abusive or exploitative;
  • contains sexually explicit content involving minors;
  • promotes illegal activity; or
  • impersonates another person without authorization.

We may reject orders containing prohibited content.

10. Product Representation

We aim to represent our products accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing equipment, paper, lighting, and other production factors.

11. Shipping

Shipping and production estimates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

12. Returns and Refunds

Personalized products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moxie Moon will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United state of america, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to customers under applicable law.
